Customer support isn’t something I think about until I actually need it, but recently I decided to test how different casinos handle basic inquiries. Some didn’t respond at all, others sent generic copy-paste answers that didn’t help. During this little experiment of comparing support quality, I reached out to a few platforms with random questions just to see how they’d handle them. Right in the middle of that, I realized odd96 offered one of the quickest and most direct responses, which honestly made a strong impression on me.
